About the course
On completion of this course you will:
- Understand the legal basis of food hygiene.
- Know important hygiene measures to prevent food infections.
- Know how to ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Be able to apply the principles of cleaning and disinfection in food processing.
Examination module
At the end of the course there will be a short exam to test your knowledge. This exam must be passed in order to receive the initial training certificate.
Certificate of attendance
Upon successful completion of the course and the examination, you will receive a certificate of attendance in accordance with § 4 LMHV, which entitles you to work in the food industry. This certificate is an important part of your professional qualification and must be regularly refreshed.
